Congratulations to Erika Ramirez as the November 2018 FAST Employee of the Month! During Erika's employment with FAST she has shown exceptional performance and attitude. FAST supervisors have received nothing but compliments on Erica's performance from clients. Erica has not had disciplinary issues of any kind during her employment with FAST. Erica has always been reliable and has a great attendance record. Erica is an example of what FAST supervisors expect from all employees.
The two runners-up for Employee of the Month are Caleb Martin and Gregory Garrido.
The first runner-up is Caleb Martin. Caleb has been employed with FAST for a short time but during his employment he has shown dedication and is willing to do whatever is best for the company. Caleb was once again nominated for his ability to adapt to any site and do so efficiently.
The second runner up is Gregory Garrido. Greg was nominated for an incident that occurred at Riverpark Costco earlier in the month. Gregory showed up on site early before the start of the shift and was able to recover a stolen purse and phone which had been removed from an unlocked vehicle on the west side of the property; all while staying in compliance with the hands-off policy of Costco.
Lastly, we would also like to recognize the performance of Officer Mario Leza. Officer Leza received a "Above and Beyond" challenge coin for his accomplishments at Costco. The management at Costco are highly impressed with Officer Leza. Recently, an incident occured that involved Officer Leza in which he was forced to physically subdue a suspect who he had witnessed breaking into vehicles. Fresno Police were extremely grateful for Officer Leza's efforts, as they had been searching for this particular individual in the area for multiple vehicle break-ins.
Thank you all for you efforts and keep up the great work!
