FAST was honored by the San Joaquin Valley College Criminal Justice Program as their 2017 Employer of the Year. The folks over at SJVC brought us this nice plaque that now hangs in the office hallway next to the American flag and our employee awards.
In 2017, we hired several SJVC Criminal Justice graduates. Although some have since moved on, we were glad to have them on board. Some of their graduates still remain, such as Officer Cuthbert and Officer Manivong. SJVC is the only local school which graduates come out with an armed permit, which makes hiring them very easy! We look forward to bringing in more SJVC graduates into our team.

great job, officers!
These officers recently completed a class for American Heart Association "Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers". This class teaches Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED guidelines. American Heart Association is the most respected training provider for CPR and is the only provider accepted by the majority of the healthcare field.
These officers will now have the knowledge and skills to respond to a witnessed cardiac emergency - not just on duty, but anywhere they go.
I'll be using this section on our website to bring you training information and resources. I hope some of it is helpful for you! Feel free to ask your questions and I'll do my best to find the best answer to help you out. I would also like to invite anyone in the company to participate and write for the blog as well. Send me your submissions to Scott@fastsecurityfresno.com and put "blog" in the subject line. I would love to post your expertise here for everyone else to learn from; I'm sure all of our collective wisdom and experience can help train even the newest of recruits.
